If you're trying to use the new "Update Tax Data" link in Listing Input, but it blanks out all the fields except the two fields with the property ID, then that ID is incorrect. It's most likely that it has been changed.
You can run a Tax Search in Matrix for the property to find the correct property/tax ID. Then if you go back and try to update your listings taxes, it should work if you replace the incorrect property ID in both fields, and then click the "Click Here to Update Tax Data in the Yellow Boxes Above" link.
