Listing Cancellation Policy

This change is now implemented on the Matrix system.  If a list agent sends a Status Change form to the CMLS office for us to Cancel a listing, the form MUST be signed by the Broker or Office Manager.  We can no longer process a Cancellation based on the List Agent's signature.

Just a reminder- as of Monday, January 9, 2017, the only people who will be able to cancel listings on the GFC CMLS will be the list office’s designated realtor, manager or administrative personnel.
