Every Listing Needs A Photo

We seem to be experiencing a growing problem! Many agents have been removing all the photos on their listings when the listing goes off market.

Please do not remove your photos when your listing goes off market as per our Rules and Regulations, all listings, regardless of status, require at least one photo.

Photos are helpful and important for both Available and Off Market properties for identification, marketing and comparable purposes. If you are so inclined to remove photos (as we do understand that professional photos can be expensive), please be sure to leave at least one on your listing or our data verification program will automatically flag and fine you.
