We have just become aware of an issue with the Tax ID links on listings within the town of Fairfield. The issue has already been reported to the Matrix programmers, as well as our tax vendor. We hope to have it resolved quickly.
For the time being, if you click on the Tax ID link or the Public Records tab on a Fairfield listing, you will most likely see a blank page or get a "property not found" error.
However, if you do a tax search for the property, you will be able to see the tax record without a problem.
